An Arrow offer pays you cash back for buying a brand at the store named on the offer. There is no app to install and no card to link: you sign up, you shop as usual, and you send a photo of the receipt.
Arrow is operated by Convexa Agency LLC and sends co-branded messages on behalf of the brand whose offer you join. Learn about the shopper messaging program, receipt links, and message preferences.

The page says what to buy, where, and by when. The reward and the receipt deadline are in the terms, in plain numbers.

Email and mobile number, and two boxes to tick. Your signup is saved and you get a text with the number to send your receipt to.
Shop at the store on the offer, text one photo of the whole receipt, and pick PayPal, Venmo or Cash App. The cash usually lands within a day.
One photo of the whole receipt, flat, with the store name, the date, the item lines and the total all visible. A crop that loses the total, or a screenshot of a photo, gets a polite request for a new picture.
The one named on the offer. A receipt from any other retailer is declined, not judged — the offer terms name the store and the dates before you sign up.
Most receipts clear their checks within minutes and the reward is sent the same day. A receipt that needs a second look is answered within a business day.
Each offer says how many times you can claim it. The same receipt, or the same transaction on a second photo, is caught and counted once.
Your email and mobile number go to the brand running the offer and to Arrow, and nobody else. The privacy policy and text message terms are linked on every form before you tick the box.
If you make the product rather than buy it, this is the shopper half of Arrow. The brand half is on the home page.
