Read the offer and sign up
Open the brand’s offer page, review its terms and disclosures, and enter your email and mobile number. The actual signup page presents the consent choices and requirements before submission.

Follow the product, quantity, retailer, and date requirements on your offer. For the linked Shameless Snacks offer, buy 2 eligible bags at Target to be reimbursed for 1 bag, subject to the offer terms.
Send your receipt
Reply with a clear photo to the number that sent your offer message. When your message includes a private upload link, you can use that link to upload instead. Include the entire receipt, with the store, date, items, and total visible.
Follow the review
Arrow sends updates about your receipt and reimbursement. A receipt approval is not a payment confirmation. Follow the instructions for any required next step, and look for a separate payment update.
Messages you may receive
Offer messages include signup confirmations, receipt reminders, review updates, and reimbursement updates. Marketing messages from Arrow and the named brand are covered by the separate marketing disclosure on the signup page.
